AI-powered residential feasibility & cost estimation engine. Computer vision plot scanning, genetic algorithm floor plan optimization, ML cost prediction calibrated against CPWD DSR 2025, interactive 3D visualization. Covers 28 Indian cities.

CASCADE
Built during a research internship at IIT Guwahati, CASCADE is a browser-native molecular dynamics workspace with an interactive 2D chemical sketcher, WebGL 3D conformer viewer, GNN/MLP atomic fluctuation predictor, ADME profiler, drug repurposing engine, and AI-powered PyMOL assistant.

A comprehensive, browser-first course that teaches the architecture of modern software engineering and AI systems. Designed for building alongside AI coding assistants — Cursor, Copilot, Gemini.

Vidhi
A research assistant for Indian jurisprudence tuned for statutory interpretation and case-law reasoning. Trained on a large corpus of Indian legal documents including Supreme Court judgments, High Court orders, and Central Acts.

A fully offline Indian legal research assistant desktop application. Combines a fine-tuned large language model (Vidhi) with an encrypted on-device knowledge base queried through hybrid retrieval. Queries never leave the machine.
